Background

Hadab Hotel, a 4-star property located in Riyadh, offers guests modern accommodation with a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, bar, and garden terrace. The hotel is close to King Khalid International Airport and provides airport shuttle services.

To improve guest experience and safety, the hotel required an IP public address system that could handle daily announcements, background music, and emergency notifications, while being easy for staff to operate.

Requirements

Reliable Paging and Audio Broadcasting

The system needed to support live announcements, background music, pre-recorded messages, and emergency alerts with stable performance.
